Membership is selective
Top 10 Bridal does not open Certified Retailer of Excellence membership to every store. Each inquiry is carefully reviewed, and selected independent bridal boutiques are recognized based on their fit with the program. This helps keep the recognition meaningful for stores and customers.
Protected territories
Territory arrangements are considered individually to help avoid direct competition between participating bridal stores. Factors such as store location, size, inventory, market reach, participation, and input from current stores may be considered. Availability in each area is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Is membership open to every store?
No. Membership is selective. The Top 10 team reviews every inquiry, and only a percentage of stores are invited to join.
How do protected territories work?
Stores are not placed in direct competition with one another. Each arrangement depends on several factors, including store size, inventory, marketing investment, participation, and store input, so availability is discussed individually rather than by a fixed formula.
What does membership cost?
Membership terms are discussed directly with the Top 10 team once we have learned about your store.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
You will receive an email confirming that we have your inquiry. The Top 10 team then checks territory availability in your area and follows up by email either way. If no territory is available right now, we keep your details on file in case an opening comes up.
Can my store be shown to Prom, Bridal, and Tux customers?
Yes. Stores that carry more than one category can be shown to customers in each one.
Does Top 10 Prom sell dresses online?
No. Top 10 Prom is the recognizing organization. Customers find a store (Certified Retailer of Excellence) here, then try on and buy in person at the boutique.
